Salt Seep was inspired by the effect of coastal conditions on man-made structures. One evening in Seaside, Oregon, I noticed a concrete wall with a crack and a salt deposit. Years later, I wanted to recreate this experience using fiber and 3-dimensional sculptural techniques.
